Unfortunately, selling the same products that Kevin sold be successful. You’ll find it challenging since the product is already saturated after Kevin shares it with his followers on YouTube. Still, Kevin has other products that are successful as well.

In addition, this course will also teach you how to look for products from international and local suppliers and products with more than five times the profit margins.

Who is Kevin Talbot?

Kevin Talbot is a well-known YouTuber. However, his YouTube channel isn’t about making money online or how to sell on eBay. Most of his videos on YouTube are about remote-control toy trucks. He also has a huge channel. As of today, he has almost 2 million subscribers. He also uploads videos regularly.

Kevin Talbot also has another YouTube channel called “Kev Talbot.” In this channel, Kevin mainly talks about how to make money. This is a smaller channel. As of today, it only has 42,200 followers. In addition, this channel is also not active. The last video uploaded was in 2021.

How Does the eBay Course Work?

Like other online courses, the eBay Course by Kevin Talbot works by giving you access to videos after enrolling.

These videos are mainly Kevin teaching you some tips and tricks on how to sell on eBay. Furthermore, Kevin also shares a couple of strategies he used to be successful in this industry.

Inside the eBay Course

The course is currently split up into several modules. To be specific, it contains 12 modules in total. Each module has different topics about selling on eBay.

At the beginning of the course, Kevin will provide a disclaimer that you must read and accept before starting the program.

Module 1: Introduction

The first module of the course is the introduction. In this module, Kevin will introduce you to eBay and his course. In addition, he will also share a couple of basic information about the industry.

This module contains four videos on how to get started. Kevin also shares the course layout and what you can expect over the following days.

Module 2: Setup

The second module of the course is the setup. In this module, you will learn how to get started on eBay.

In addition, Kevin will also share a couple of legal information that you must follow to avoid getting sued. You will also learn which products you should stay away from to avoid any potential lawsuit.

Module 3: Account Setup

The third module of the course will teach you the basics of setting up a bank account and email address. In this module, Kevin will teach you how to create a separate bank account for your eBay sales.

Furthermore, you will also learn where to find suppliers in this module. Kevin suggests that you get your stocks from Alibaba and AliExpress. You can source your products locally. However, Kevin recommends you get your supplies from China to maximize your profit.

Module 4: Store Setup

The fourth module of the course includes a 2-minute video on how to set up your eBay store.

Module 5: Feedback

This is another short module. In the fifth module of the course, Kevin will teach you how to build feedback and why you need to develop feedback when starting an eBay business.

The video in this module is only four minutes, which is pretty short.

Module 6: Finding Products

This is perhaps the longest module in the course. In module 6, Kevin will teach you how to find products on Alibaba and AliExpress.

In addition, he will also share with you the product criteria you need to follow and how to research products efficiently.

This module contains a 17-minute video on spying on your competitors and another 16-minute video on using AliExpress to look for products.

In this module, Kevin will also discuss dropshipping and why you should avoid this business model when selling on eBay.

Module 7: Taking Photos

This is another short module in the course. In the seventh module, Kevin will teach you how to take photos of your products that will help attract customers.

The video in this module is relatively short. It only lasts for 3 minutes and 30 seconds. In addition, Kevin does not offer more details about this topic.

Module 8: Edit Photos

In this module, you will learn how to edit your photos to make them look good. This is simply a continuation of the seventh module. Still, it’s pretty short, and it only offers a little insight into how to brand and touch up your pictures.

I think it would be better to simply put module 8 and module 7 together since they’re basically the same topic.

Module 9: Keyword Research

In this module, Kevin will teach you how to conduct keyword research. This module is pretty useful. Thus, you should not skip it. Keyword research is significant if you want to rank your products within the marketplace algorithm of eBay.

Module 10: Listing Creation

This module will teach you how to do listings correctly and create the best listings. Kevin will teach you how to add photos to your product descriptions and make an excellent eBay listing that can stand out from the competition.

In this module, Kevin will teach you how to make your listings better than your competitors. Then, you will learn how to list an item. In addition, Kevin will also teach you how to sell your products at a higher price than your competitors.

Lastly, you will learn how to create urgency within your listings.

This is a continuation of module 10. In this module, Kevin will share with you the things you need to do so that your item sells. Furthermore, you will also learn how to improve your listings’ rankings to help increase your sales.

The process is almost identical to Google SEO.

Module 11: Postage

Kevin will teach you everything you need to know about postage in this module. He will also share with you why you should sell low-cost products. According to him, if clients ask for a refund, you won’t lose much money selling low-cost products.

Module 12: Customer Service

This is the last module of the course. This module contains a video on how to handle clients correctly. In addition, you will also learn why having high-quality customer service is vital to the success of your eBay store.

For those who don’t know, eBay will provide you with a “Top Seller” status if you have a positive feedback rating of at least 98%. Thus, it’s very crucial to maintain a good relationship with your customers through high-quality customer service.

As of today, the cost to join this course is $397. Note that this is a one-time payment. Once you pay $397, you will get lifetime access to the course.

Is the eBay Course a Scam?

To make things simple, this course is not a scam. It’s a legitimate training program offered by a genuine individual. Kevin Talbot is a well-known personality. If he’s a scammer, it would be known to everyone. However, it appears he is a legitimate person who knows what he’s doing.

If you’re worried that your $397 will be gone and you won’t get anything, don’t worry. Once you pay the fee, you’ll immediately get access to the course.

In addition, this course is offered on Teachable. Teachable is a well-known online learning platform. They won’t allow scammers to sell their courses on their platform. Because of this, every course you see on Teachable is legit. This includes the eBay Course by Kevin Talbot.

Is the eBay Course Worth It?

Overall, Kevin’s course is decent. Unfortunately, I believe it is pretty short and lacks much information. This is particularly true since you’re paying $397 for it.

Keep in mind that his course isn’t a scam. It’s a legitimate course. However, paying $397 for it seems not worth it to me.

If you want to learn how to be successful on eBay, you should know that there are tons of free guides and tutorials online. All you’ve got to do is research. While it might take a lot of time, it will be worth it in the end. This is particularly true since you’ll be saving $397.

In addition, I believe that selling on eBay is not profitable anymore. There are a couple of alternatives you can consider.

Better Alternative to eBay

Selling on eBay is an excellent way to earn money online. However, there are better options. You still have to invest a lot of time and money in it.

So, what if I told you there’s a better alternative? One that won’t require a hefty investment. One that will help you earn money while you sleep. So, what is this alternative? Well, it’s called RAES.

So, what’s RAES? RAES is simply short for Ryno Inc’s Residual Asset Expansion System. With RAES, I can earn 6 to 7 figures online. While writing this review, I still make money with this system.

If you’re interested to learn more about RAES, check out Ryno Inc’s system.
