2012 All Indie Music Awards “ Best Artist” nominee and LA rising Star
Kristen Faulconer hires MAYO Communications for publicity

The recording artist has been nominated for  “Best Rock Artist” and
 "Best Pop Artist" at The 2012 All Indie Music Awards at the Key Club

Los Angeles. Feb. 06, 2012 — MAYO Communications has been retained as the agency of record by
recording artist and songwriter Kristen Faulconer, LA.  Faulconer has been nominated for “Best Rock Artist” 
and “Best Pop Artist”. at The 2012 All Indie Music Awards that will take place on February 10, 2012 at The 
Key Club in Hollywood California. The 2012 Artists in Music Awards creates a music platform, which not
only promotes, but spotlights the best unsigned independent music artist from around the world in Hollywood 
during Grammys week. Faulconer’s song "Slow Down" Feat was nominated in the Original Song-Video Game Category, at 
The Hollywood Music and Media Awards 2011. Sponsors for the red carpet and ceremony include: 
Kimikal Couture (the dress), Joel Mosely/Personal Trainer, The Sound Bakery Production, 
David Dance Italy and the NeverEndingStage.com.

MAYO will provide entertainment publicity and global media relations for the LA recording artists.
Entertainment Publicist George McQuade will the accompany Singer SongWriter on the red carpet, 
and will be promoting Faulconer new music.
 
Faulconer’s music is about empowering and uplifting people. “I am an abuse survivor, and I wrote 
many of my songs about the abuse I endured and also my struggles with being adopted,” said Faulconer. 
“Now that I am rehabilitated, my mission is to use my music to inspire and help people in the same situation, 
as well as those who are dealing with any struggles in their lives.”
