Participant Bylaws:
You must meet all the requirements mentioned below, and
agree on these terms before registration:
- All Participants must have a business venture concept in mind
related somehow to the Real Estate Industry prior to registering with the
program. IE. (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Landscaping, Architecture,
Engineering, Service Industry, Etc)
- All participants have to submit to the program duration of 3
months which may be extended and must agree to travel and stay in the
- All participants must be either U.S or British Citizens to be
able to compete in the program.
- None of the contestants are allowed to leave the program in the
production process unless eliminated.
- As a reality TV show the contestants will be subjected to perform
certain tasks that they must perform, none of the tasks are humiliating,
unethical or immoral.
- The winner of the program must be prepared to start his new
business venture in
- In each episode (Task) there will be a winning team and a losing
team, the winning team receives a small cash prize as a bonus to be
divided equally amongst the participants.
- All the participants have to abide to the shooting schedule and
timings which will be given in advance / prior the shoot of a specific
assignment.
- The Production company will provide travel/food and separate
living accommodation for males and females, the production company will
not be responsible for any extra expenses.
